Tiger Stadium is one of the greatest places to watch a football game. I am a Bama fan for sure, but Tiger Stadium scares the crap out of me. Over the years there seems to be some kind of voodoo magic that happens there for sure. It is loud, and the fans are rabid. I have a ton of respect for the Tigers (LSU) and for people to say that Bama dominates them is ridiculous. It is a pendulum that swings both ways. I had much rather play them in BDS than at Tiger stadium that's for sure. The OP is out of his mind.

Sorry our stadium wasn't able to beat Bama. Doesn't chance the fact that it's a rare and special place fhat can't be replicated.

What's on the minds of Alabama at 8AM on a Wednesday morning in early April?
LSU
LSU

I'm pretty sure LSU fans have all but caved on Tiger Stadium absolute supremacy. They're aware of their empty seats, late arrivers and early leavers.
A lot of that is a trend that affects all teams, many here attribute it to the traffic situation.
But the chest thumping has more or less subsided from where it was when I started posting here.

They have played 80 times. Alabama is 50-25-5 against LSU. LSU hasn't lead the series since 1902. That seems dominating.

We have a better record against them in TS than we do in BDS.

That's because LSU has been blown out at home in each of the last two seasons. Don't let that get in the way of the fact that they are 31-4 at home over the last 5 years and 63-9 over the last 10 years.
It's still a very tough place to win for everyone not named Alabama.

Don't kid yourself here either...2012 and 14 were miracle wins.
Bama knows coming here is tough regardless of what a few message board fans troll with.

It's so tough that Bama is 26-9 there

Since Saban came to LSU, this game has been tough for Bama.
Because you've gotten wins their doesn't mean they weren't tough games.
12 and 14 were prime examples

This is funny coming from someone who once described Tiger Stadium as "one of the most storied venues in college sports". Prior to 2003, the average fan probably couldn't even correctly guess the name of LSU's stadium. LSU had about as much standing in the college football world as GA Tech, Clemson or Colorado.

Well, I guess congratulations on the moral victories.

But I don't think your '69 Ford Econoline with the gun rack and Row Taaahd sticker could make it that far. But, take solace, there's always Greyhound though. But,I hear they smell like tree poison, castleburgers with scrotum sweat on them, or Home Depot car air fresheners..........

Really? Prior to Nick getting there, how many nationally broadcast games were there from Baton Rouge? Face it, outside of the SEC footprint, historically LSU was a nonentity.

I do agree that the idea that Tiger Stadium is an place where LSU never loses is clearly flawed, but it is an awesome venue that has an aura about it in big games at night that I've never felt anywhere else. It's a fun place.

You've obviously never been there. And you're trying WAY too hard.

it's a college football tradition
it doesn't need to be real it just needs to be fun

Every time Bama plays there, we get the big spill about "where opponents dreams go to die". These past two trips for Bama down to Baton Rouge have ended in complete heartbreak for LSU. Every year it's the same crap. The only thing special about tiger stadium is how loud and obnoxious the fans are and the overwhelming smell of corndogs that cause many opposing teams to lose focus until they get used to it in the second half.
