i couldnt find anything on joc bruce on 247sports, but i did find vincent perry. perry doesnt have an offer from any major schools. these guys probably feel like they can fight for a spot on the team. nothing wrong with working your butt off to put food on the table and fight for dreams.

That's the thing, they don't have to work any harder. They get their scholarship just like a 5 star player, it is just counted towards the next class. One reason Perry is blue shirting is because he has a chance to be drafted in baseball.
