This conference doesn't need any "cripples" around the league dragging it down in both quality and reputation. Personally, I hate like hell it happened.

No it will not.. Ole Miss sucked and all of sudden got good recruits by paying them. End of story.

Ole Miss has historically sucked. That they will likely continue to suck if sanctions are dished out changes nothing.

Ole Miss has lost at least three games every year since 1972 that will not change and the continuance of that will not hurt the SEC.

The SEC will be fine, even without Ole Miss winning 9 games once in a while.

That's literally all that was lost.

1) Ole Miss(cheating or not) has been an important game within the conference for the last 5-6 years, drawing a lot of national exposure.
2) Anytime a team within a conference is exposed for rules breaking and put on probation, it reflects poorly on the conference as a whole
3) and finally, what the frick does my age have to do with anything?

It's not going to hurt the conference. With the bowl ban, the other 13 school will get more money from our conference bowl games. SEC has more money than any other conference btw

Folks, when a member of ANY conference is virtually castrated by sanctions resulting from a probation, it negatively impacts the CONFERENCE..period.

It's going to be great for the SEC. It's going to teach teams that if you cheat you will get caught.

If the CONFERENCE wasn't so biased towards one University, maybe Reverand Freeze wouldn't have to cheat.
