As an Auburn fan, I'm not mad. We'd fare pretty well in the SECCG and maybe the playoff, but we didn't have a team strong enough to get to either.
I'm annoyed by the ridiculousness of a mediocre Alabama team being exalted as an elite team this week, and I'm not thrilled about the possibility of losing to UGA, but I'm making it.

Well you sound reasonable. But there is a lot of talk about Alabama being a team that has pulled away (along with MSU) and I don't think that's true. My mind might change if they can beat MSU easily.
Of course, it might be just be shite talking in response to the grind, but it still annoys me. I hate you, so it's only natural.

MSU fans are pissed because they are just used to being pissed, and really are out of their comfort zone being happy. The refs are against us, the Conference is against us, the Committee only has us ranked #1 to prove they aren't biased when they drop us to #5, and everyone hates us. Every team we beat is just having a down year. We're pissed.

AU will be pissed because they will end 8-5 after a loss in a pizza bowl and then have to watch Bama win the first ever College Play Off Championship. Riots in Auburn to ensue.

Actually the Big 12 has already ruled that if TCU and Baylor win out they will be Co-Champions. Most of the conferences without a CG do this as well. Head to head is not a factor.

Isn't it always the case that all but one team is "discontented?" It just so happens that it isn't Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Georgia, or Florida that is the top team.
