Eh, it's a glorious frick you to the NCAA Selection Committee and their shitty seeding.

I think the selection committee was more worried about attendance than actual representative seeding. See St. Louis - with KSt, Kansas, Wichita St., Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky.

And the Big East rode that shite to a filthy number of NCAA bids whether they deserved them or not. Would love to see the SEC be able to do this.

Remember Auburn being left out of the BCS in 2004? This could be a similar moment if UF can close the deal (sorry I think they're our most realistic shot?)

This and the conference is well balanced when it comes to the different sports and different teams being good at them.

It isn't like 3 teams are good at all sports and the rest suck.

Bama has a great football tradition.

LSU and MSU have a great baseball tradition.

Florida and UK have basketball.

Just a few examples, there are many other teams who can be listed in each sport with great programs. So while one team shitty at football pulls for Bama, Bama may pull for them in basketball or baseball, because our conference winning championships is good for everyone.

ACC has been doing since they teamed up with ESPN in the 80's

Would love to see Slive drive it home. In fact his basketball man was out preaching the word. Check out the Sunday H-L sports section.

I was kinda disappointed win Slive didn't pull out the propaganda machine prior to Selection Sunday. It was almost like he felt it was a lost cause this year. Hopefully, Slive and the respective AD's do a better job next year

If AU makes the actual Tournament, the shite level will explode. Bruce will rustle jimmies on a level near Cam. Not on par, but close.

A lot of this is actually true. We are EXTREMELY top heavy, and the talent and coaching gap was quite wide this year. More so this year than others. Some might argue that A few teams should have made the Tourney, but let's not act like the NCAA screwed over 7,8,9 deserving teams. The SEC was awful in basketball this year, and the teams that are in the tourney deserve to be there.

The league got fricked for sure. UK should've been between 5/6 seed and TN around 7/8 and at least two of our NIT teams should've gotten in for five total minimum. Hopefully this along with a the new network will help the hype.
