They're also the official sponsors of NBA apparel; a brand that continues to grow.

aren't y'all supposed to be rich enough to turn down money from shitty sponsors like Adidas?

That is poor people logic. You don't get rich turning down money, especially when oil is in the 40s.

Boredom. Y'all SEC fans don't really bring the true hate like our former Big12/SWC compatriots used to. Y'all are too nice

Actually, they probably are. Tennessee and Michigan both left them this year and they were just about the last bluebloods they had. Adidas' market share of the CFB world has drastically shrunk as Nike has pushed hard to expand theirs and even UA has gotten in on the act. But with Adidas owning the soccer market and there being so much money there, I'm not sure they are very interested in CFB though I'm sure the section of Adidas that is in charge of CFB sponsorships does.

adidas still has some pretty big players

Kansas
Louisville
The U
State
Nebraska
NC State
UCLA
Wisco
TEXAS A&M

Adidas has been very good to us.
And they make a damn fine football costume.
Turning down sponsorship money would be a foolhardy move--something a school in danger of having to declare 'academic bankruptcy' would do.

A&M's Nike unis sucked compared to what Adidas has given us.

I like Nike, but Adidas is better for our football.

Ask Dog State about it. They switched to the Adidas bats a couple of years ago and promptly plummeted to the bottom of the conference in hitting.

Enjoy.

You basically are. You get $0 cash & $0 discretionary apparel. Nike just gives you 2 M in gear. And its not a super old deal. You have 4 years left and 8 M in value.
