A hurricane hits Florida and causes UF game to be postponed. To fix this:

Florida loses a football game
Presbyterian loses a football game
South Alabama loses a football game
LSU loses a football game
LSU loses a home football game

In what world does that make sense?

well put

And all the other teams impacted by this hurricane found a way to play their scheduled games this weekend

You think the sec is paying for that too?

There is an answer out there, but I for one want to see LSU play Florida somehow. Hell we played what 10 straight in 2005, although not ideal for our players it sure would show what coach O could do with this team. For us fans it would be an exciting run playing four damn good teams to end the season.
At the end of the day we as fans have no say so but I would think a decision would be soon.

You're not really this dumb are you? You want to give up an home games revenue? Is that a good business decision?

Tell UF to figure it out or they forfeit. It will get played.

AD's that care about their jobs wouldn't agree to an arrangement that came with a 21 million dollar loss to its investors. But yes, this is LSU looking for a handout because this is the rant, where any LSU position is wrong in the eyes of A&M and Alabama fans

If the SEC cut LSU a check for 10 million dollars I'd be ok with playing Florida on the 19th.

Are they gonna play this game in Baton Rouge? Because if not, it is NOT happening. Our community can't afford a 10-15 million dollar hit with a loss of a home game.

Overcomplicating what exactly? The game should have been tentatively rescheduled for today, this should have been done Monday or Tuesday last week. If it had been done, the game would have been played today.

Tell me how many other teams that were scheduled to play in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina didn't get their games in? I'll help you out, the answer is ZERO, every other team got their games in.

Florida was simply scared to play this game this weekend due to injuries, no other explanation.

if we're being honest, this game would have been played in Gainesville today or Tuscaloosa last night if the roles were reversed. Alabama wouldn't have allowed Sankey to sit on his hands and let Foley do whatever he wanted.

Been trying to tell em but they just won't listen. They will play the game on 11/19 or they won't play it at all. Period.

Stop trying to move the A&M game. I've got my tickets already.

LSU isn't giving up a home game against an OOC team plus it being senior night.

November 19th isn't happening

No.....lack of prior planning on the part of the university of forfeit isn't a reason for LSU to give up the last home game of the season

How many times do we have to tell you stupid frickers. We don't want to lose a home game and all the money it brings to the city. Why should we get fricked over when there is no reason it didn't get played this weekend

Then you're not playing at all.

If the game is necessary to decide a winner of either division, it will be played on 11/19. If both Florida and LSU are non-factors after 11/12, the game won't be rescheduled.
