Have you looked at LSU's OOC schedule, I hate all these CRAP games, nothing but CRAP. No wonder the teams are up and down.

I say Missouri is the best on paper, but then once the games are played what's best on paper doesn't always win.

I'm going with Tennessee for the East.

Whoa! Slow down there. No way we play A&M in Atlanta. We'll play Auburn most likely. It will equally be awesome and terrible for me.

I like Mizzou's scheduling, with a bye before a home game with UGA. Definitely favors y'all.

We've got Vandy at home the week before, so the extra week to prepare could give Mizzou the edge.

Should be a good game.

Tennessee returns zero starters on both lines. They will struggle mightily in 2014, but go bowling in 2015 IMO.

I really have no idea how good USC is going to be next year. Offensively, they're stacked at the line and skill positions. I like Thompson for who he is, but they have to install a different offense for him. That said, I'm not convinced he'll be the starter by season's end.

As far as defense is concerned, I expect USC to be strong on D-line, again, and rock-solid at the second level. If the secondary, which is scary young, can figure it out, the team is a formidable contender.

I like that we get UGA and Mizzou at home, but I'm assuming a loss at the Barn.

All of this to say that USC could win it, or be a step or two behind. Dunno.

Last year, our most productive D-lineman was a true freshman. Our recruiting class this year has 8 DL in it, some of whom are bigger, faster, and better than players already on our roster. I actually believe that our D-line play will improve. Not to mention our Linebacking corp will be insane.

As for O-line, we have mack crowder at center who has gotten significant playing time, Marcus jackson (basically our 6th man last year) who is very talented, and a JUCO tackle Ray Raulerson who will come in and make an immediate impact. Yes, it will take a few games for our line to mesh, but we have the talent to have a solid (i'm not saying great) line this year. If they mesh over the offseason, we have a chance to do big things, assuming a starting QB emerges by the time the season rolls around. Besides, look a mizzoulast year, anthing can happen.

I see it as a race between SC, UF (they sucked last year but they're loaded with talent), UGA, Mizzou, and UT.

Good Luck

If Florida doesn't win the East, and we don't go, that's a near certainty . UTK, UGA, and Mizzou aren't beating USC at home next year.

Missouri has a really good shot.

I would give them the edge at this point, because of schedule.

I think the Cocks will have a shot, tho. I am not convinced DT17 is the starter by week 3.

Floridas toughest sec east games are all at home or in the state of florida. Only 3 sec road games.

I think theyre the sleeper in the division. Everyone figures their done but the talent is there to win right away.

That being said i like uga or usce. Mizzou will take a small step back imo and ut is still a year away.

we play UCF - which, according to some USCjr fans on here, was their signature win last year

I don't know who UCF is bringing back but they looked pretty stout last year handling Baylor.

Has anyone seen FL's schedule? 7-5 is the ceiling (not dissing FL but the schedule is brutal)

we were 3 points away in '12, and we all know what happened last year. Don't pretend like every game is a given. Stranger things have happened, not to mention this is all like 9 months down the road

Nice trolling but they were probably our third best win. Remember, they weren't the team that we beat to go on to win a BCS game.
Plus that UCF team really was talented with Bortles and Storm. If there was a different name on their jerseys everyone would have been talking about them. Not to mention we actually had to go down to their place to play (not really a big deal with their small stadium but it certainly was tougher than getting them at home).

SC went 5-0 against top 25 teams this year.
