3-1 over UGA last four years.
3-1 over UF last four years.
3-1 over UTK last four years.
2-0 over Mizzou last two years.
4-0 over Vandy last four years.
4-0 over UK last four years.

That's 19-3 the last 4 (2 for Mizzou) years.

It's frustrating as frick to keep tripping over our dicks in 2011 against Auburn, 2012 against UF, and 2013 against UGA, but it happens. Still consistently the best team in the division the last four seasons. And I expect them to be the same next year.

Uh just an FYI we only had 5 seniors this year, so no. The future is looking bright, not worse. Granted we are losing some experienced juniors to the draft but in the long run we'll just be fine.

Your concern is touching though. Congrats on your big 8-4 season.

And majin. How are there 5 east champs in 4 years? Moron. We beat the other 3 eastern champs head to head and hav dominated eastern opponents over the last 4 years. That's indisputable.

Your own math is shite. Florida isn't in this conversation. They haven't been to Atlanta since 2009.

I usually don't have anything against UF, but y'all aren't even in the conversation.

I'd give to where losing 9 games is a disappointment, definitely not 11.

So the SEC didn't send us a trophy for being East co-champions last year? We also got one in 03 (along with Tennessee). Georgia has some from 07 and 92.

Ok I will give this a shot. Hampton is gone. Quarles is gone. Clowney, duh. Sutton is gone. Shaw is gone. Some other 3rd stringers are gone.

Having said all that, nobody on the OL is sure they are going to the draft and in fact most have said they are leaning heavily towards staying. Waiting on the draft grades for a few of them and if they are projected in the top 2 rounds, Spurrier will encourage them to go.

Not even gonna mention the running game, we are set there.

In regards to the DL, we have recruited quality depth year after year, and Coach Ward knows how to coach those boys up, arguably one of the best at developing talent. The only concern I might have in this department was the little argument fiasco @UGA this year, but I think that has been all sorted out.

As for the QB situation, yes Shaw the Machine is gone. Dylan Thompson will be a good serviceable replacement, but you're right, no way he goes 20:1 TD:INT. Having said that, it's my belief (some share this opinion) that the QB battle this spring and summer will be fierce.

The man behind Thompson is Brendan Nosovitch. He broke all of Terelle Pryor's HS records in PA. He plays essentially like a carbon copy of Shaw, only he's taller and heavier and just as fast. I think the coaches are going to go with who can run the zone offense best, and IMO that's going to be Nosovitch. He should win the spot.

Also the DL recruits we are in the fight for in this 2014 class are all highly talented and already have some top flight commits for 2015. Google Shameik Blackshear.

The main point of concern this season was the LB core and Special Teams. All the LBs we played this year were Freshmen, RS Freshmen, or Sophs with the exception of Holloman. We will be fine in that department after a year of workouts. Special teams got better, but I want to see improvement.

Secondary I am not worried about, as we have consistently brought HS All-American talent to Cola year after year.

Hope this enlightens you.

Well a .750 winning % is better than a .250 winning %, but I could see why UGa and UF wouldn't agree with that.

True, we didn't have to play AU/Bama/LSU from the west. But if Mizzou wins in Atlanta (and I think that they can), USC will have beaten THREE teams in BCS bowls.

No one in the country can even touch that. To argue that Carolina didn't play anybody is hogwash.

It's not a moral victory. They were on-the-field victories. Don't tell me you're already forgetting what those look like.
