I'll post a link to podcast later today. The guest line-up has been incredible so far.
I just learned that phone records show Barney Farrar and Owner of Rebel Rags had several hundred conversations. I thought Rebel Rags was so innocent and had their sweet reputation hurt by Leo Lewis. Ole Miss fans? You have a lot of explaining to do.
It is also noted that things have are going to get very ugly for Ole Miss. Those poor sheep.

NOA3 inbound, this has been the best example of how not to handle a problem by a bunch of supposed professionals in recent memory.
If RR is not pure as the driven snow OM should have threatened the man's wife and children to make him drop this suit as well as got down on their knees and blew Hootie on the 50 yard line at half time.
Who the hell is running that place, did they learn nothing from AU and Cam, it really is simple, keep quiet, do nothing, deny everything, and let the storm subside.

It's just incredible. The more Ole Miss fights and spins, the more damaging shite comes out. I'm calling it right now, a MINIMUM two year bowl ban. And THAT might be going easy. The number of scholarship reductions will be equal to a death penalty.

I wonder if that hot shot attorney Merkle has reviewed those phone records btwn Terry/Barney? I mean he apparently had all the transcripts from Leo & Kobe, so surely he reviewed his clients phone records.
I still have a feeling Barney has not had his last word and will come for his pound of flesh from OM before it's all said and done.

Ole Dan Wolken's piss was hot this morning on Bounds.
He was getting so worked up I thought he was either gonna drop some F bombs or cry.

An actual law suit has to have actual evidence. Phone calls are not that. Though proving defamation is incredibly tough so I have no idea if RR has enough evidence to win that suit. As far as the ncaa goes, you have to prove your innocence without a shadow of a doubt and that many phone calls makes that hard.

Exactly. Why would Terry open up a law suit with all those calls and why would Merkel take the case with all those calls unless they are incompetent or they believe they can prove their innocence.
