No respectable Alabama fan claims the '41 championship. However, you gotta admit we were fricked out of the the '66 championship. Two time defending NC, the only undefeated team in the country, and we get passed by two teams that tied a game.
You think that would happen in this day and age? Especially since you corndogs think football started in 2003.

tidesaint - i was only stating a fact related to the 1966 season... wasn't suggesting or making a case
i presume that year notre dame and michigan state tied during the regular season AND based on your post I presumed they were the 1 - 2 ahead of bama
