We will bring probably 20,000 plus to Cal Berkeley this Sept. You guys brought maybe 2000 to Boston last Sept.

20k..lol that's hilarious. I doubt OM sends 8K.

If it's an interesting matchup, MSU can travel just as well as OM does in football. The reason no one went to UMASS game is self explanatory. Plus, the excitement level over our team was pretty dismal at the time.

The UMASS crowd was pretty disappointing.

Not that UMASS has many football fans to begin with, but to be fair, Gillette Stadium is about 90mi from their campus in Amhurst.

a home and home with BYU I can almost forgive,

What the hell do you mean? BYU is an Independent, not unlike Notre Dame. P5 teams have always played at Provo.

Ole miss won't even bring 8,000. They don't have a big enough fanbase.

To UC Berkeley? These delusional bastards will go all out. That's the filmmaking school. These assholes will go lease brand new Land Rovers and BMW's, load them up with a ton of OM puke, only to return them the minute they get back, max out every credit card they have and pull out all their shitty Chinese silver plated platters and forks that their great great grandmothers were said to give them all to give the impression to Californians that OM is so cool and wealthy. They live for these kind of road games.

Not sure why some on here said that nobody went to the UMASS game.
I was there and I am telling you we had an outstanding crowd there.
6K plus about 50% of the attendance.
Yes the one picture looks bad but the stadium seats almost 70K so 13K is very sparse.
Many State fans from MS made the trip along w/a ton of alumni that live in the NE US, that came as well.
It is true that Amherst is 90 miles away from Foxborough and I am sure that hurt attendance. Tickets were only $25 and parking was free so it was disappointing that more local people did not come out to the game that day. Weather was beautiful.
But I thought we did our part pretty well with the # of State fans in attendance.
