Yep. Albert Means was a hell of a story. And what about that coach that got caught with the panties on his head?

Who the frick are you? Jeremy Hill? Why you mad someone had panties on their head?

Please LSU, lecture more on being the moral fricking compass. Or your coach could poll the team and have a vote.
Get da fuq outta here...

Claimed and unclaimed with all the polls ND has 22 and Bama has 19. I did see a pic of one year with your players with the NC banner and they claimed it, where I think yall went undefeated.

Yeah, that was 1964 -- we went undefeated and won the Cotton and they lost the Sugar Bowl, but AP awarded their NC before bowls back then.

Still, not sure I place credence in unclaimed NC's. Unclaimed NC's are generally bullshite.

Why did ESPN have to even vote on this to begin with, we already knew the answer...

If we're talking about since the early 1900s, and not just the last 10 or 20 years:

1. Notre Dame
2. Michigan
3. Oklahoma
4. Ohio State
5. Texas
6. bama
7. Nebraska
8. USC
9. Tennessee
10.LSU
11.Georgia
12.Penn State
13.UCLA
14.Arizona St
15.Auburn

Ohio State and Texas over Bama? No freaking way. I get it that a lot people are prisoners of the moment when it comes to Alabama football, but they were a great football program well before Bear Bryant ever set foot on campus as head coach.

Texas hasn't done shite outside of Royal's tenure and the Vince Young year. One NC since 1970.

As for Ohio State, it was a coaching graveyard until Woody Hayes stabilized it, and they did virtually nothing until Tressel (who only won 1 NC) got there.

And Arizona State over Auburn?

Yes because "all time ranking" is predicated on head to head for 3 games.

What the f does "most storied" mean? Its kind of lame. However, anything before integration needs to be looked at in a certain light. Yes, I am white before you a-holes start.
Alabama's recent history coupled with their past would have to make them #1 on this list. Notre Dame has been virtually irrelevant for the last 25 years of modern football.
