Honestly I spend time thinking about OSU more than I do LSU, I don't even know how LSU got brought up in a thread about OSU's coach and the Vols.

Fine.

You brought up Les Miles.

Who no one has really thought of as having anything to do with Okie State since he left it behind 8 years ago.

Might as well chat about Saban's record at Michigan State. Seems about as pertinent.

Saban's winning percentage at MSU was .592. Dantonio has a .646 winning percentage at MSU in the last 6 years.

Clearly, Dantonio is a better coach than Saban was at MSU.

Clearly.

What other conclusion could one possibly draw from such facts?

former OSU coach in the recent BCS era for a comparison to show how good of a coach Gundy is.

most in this thread referenced his time at OSU. Also since he left 8 years ago Miles had nothing to do with Gundy's success at OSU since the success they've had was all well after miles left

LSU fans sure think eveyrone else talks about them alot. paranoia isn't healthy.

Nobody referenced Les Miles at all until your post brought him into the conversation.

You're the one who thought it was noteworthy to compare Miles to Gundy.

Troll on, flagshipper, troll on.

yea what was I thinking comparing gundy to the guy who came immediately before him. I should have just not compared him to anyone at all to show how great a coach he was. That's a much better way to have conversations about things.

Pretty sure you mentioned Les Miles. Just another Arky fan blatantly trolling LSU when the thread is clearly about Tennessee. Carry on.

Who cares? Wake me when Arky wins a conference title, something both Gundy and Miles have done at their programs.

And by this logic you're saying Les Miles is better than Saban. Ya know, since Saban was there first but Miles is the winningest coach in LSU history.

I used Miles as a compliment to gundy and somehow i'm trolling LSU fans by mentioning that Gundy achieved a hell of a lot more at OSU than Les Miles ever did?

This thread is about Mike Gundy, OSU, and the vols epic failure of a coaching search. Why you gotta hate on arkansas in here?

Because you brought LSU into this first when you said the following:

Gundy is young but he's a good coach. He's already proven he can be more successful at a school than les miles.
