He's a decent head coach. His team would have won back-to-back ACC titles last year and the year before if it wasn't for the rise of Florida State.

He's a great recruiter.....but I don't think he is a great coach. He's the kind of a guy that could sell you anything.

What kind of logic is that? Clemson lost to the team FSU barely beat in the ACC title game. The same FSU team that beat Clemson with a back up QB.
Auburn would have won back to back National Titles if we had stopped FSU last year with 13 seconds left and won 4 games we lost this year and added two more in the playoffs.

I might be alone in this, but I would like to see Smart take a coaching job before Saban retires. Would be nice to see if he can cut it before taking over for Saban.
