The East is going to get a hell of a lot better, and soon.

Florida under McElwain has already been impressive, but needs to find a QB. Luckily Franks has already committed and Eason is sniffing around.

Georgia now has Smart, and is going to grab a couple of highly ranked recruits with him. One of UGA's biggest issues has been getting their defense in check, and it is more than likely to turn around now.

Tennessee has the best chance to be good next year. They return so much on both sides of the ball, and showed marked improvement this year.

Hopefully those three programs turn around the SEC East, and it's more than likely going to happen as soon as next year.

Still won't beat Bama though

Wasn't Georgia's issue this year their offense?

After Chubb went down sure.

But overall, their defense has been shite for years.

Yup yup and the West was still very strong this year but several programs like LSU, Auburn, A&M, and possibly Mississippi State without Dak are all trending way down in the near future.

West is getting weaker and East is getting stronger.

This girl with huge tits had no legs. Met her at summer camp. Her tits were so big. I respected her for those tits. I played with them. She was hot. I took a picture of her from the waist up to show my frans.

UGA was #8 on defense this year.

Georgia's issue was not being ready to play in big games....which has been covered in depth over the last 10 years.

I don't care if we win it all or not...but hopefully with this new staff we'll give some fight.

I'm saying more like Alabama good and not SEC East good.

Here's some games from the past couple of years:

Last year:
38 points to UF
32 points to Ark
31 points to Kentucky
38 points to Scar
32 points to Tennessee
30 points to GT

This year:
38 points to Tennessee
38 points to Alabama
27 points to Florida (without Grier)

Your opinion may be skewed because their last 4 games have been against Auburn, Kentucky, GaSo, and GT.

Four top 20 defenses (scoring) in the last 5 years.

But as you pointed out, it didn't always play well against some better teams and occasionally didn't show up.

Fair, but honestly watching UGA's defense is not scary in the slightest more often than not. Having someone who is this good at it coming in is going to make sure they get up for every game.

I didn't realize they got served up by Florida without grier. Richts resume and consistent good but not great results speak for themselves but they were kinda between a rock and a hard place. I hope this works out as bad for then as the Fulmer firing did us, although I really don't see smart bolting a few weeks before signing day and them having to hire that tard wayward son of theirs.

Whoa now. Pump the brakes here. Pruitt was a great DC for them. Trust me, I have to watch those idiots every year. Pruitt had the defense playing with plenty of fire. 1st in pass defense this year and top 10 overall.

And declaring Smart "as good as this coming in" is very premature especially with his illustrious head coaching experience. Cough cough...

No doubt.

TBH, Pruitt didn't have much to work with in the secondary. Extremely young DBs without elite talent the last two years, yet when you look at the stats you see just how good of a job he did with this defense.

I'm not expecting us to keep Pruitt thanks to our idiot AD, but I think we have serious potential to be great on that side of the ball regardless of the coordinator.

To be honest, I agree. I've done a frickton of trolling and shite talking tonight but I honestly believe all 3 programs are on their way up long term.
