Assuming the conference stays at 14 teams (which it probably won't)

My opinion:

09) Tennessee - I think UT will improve but they have regressed too far to catch up quickly.

10) Mississippi State - Because frick Mississippi State

11) Auburn - Terrible administration will finally catch up with this proud program.

12) Vandy - Franklin will be gone soon and while the program will be a smidge better for the wear, it will be a quick return to mediocrity.

13) Missouri - Program will make its mark in basketball but will struggle to compete in football due to poor recruiting and general wussitude.

14) Kentucky - Basketball school that will always struggle to compete in football.

We will have a new AD soon enough, so my question is do you think the failures are beyond the AD and can't be fixed, or do you expect the next hire to continue the downward spiral?

I think it's a terrible culture. Fired a wildly successful Tuberville because he had one bad season and lost to Bama. Fired Chiz (though I understand) 2 years away from a MNC. It has to be a shitty atmosphere.

You do know there are 8 other teams now? Maybe more in five years.

We'll see. Stoops is off to a good start (Welcome to the Big Blue Nation Za'Darius) and the administration is making actual moves to improve football. If we can reel off 5 bowl appearances in a row under far shittier circumstances there's no reason it (or better) can't happen again.

most simplistic and also short sighted look at it.

i don't see how what you said leads to this conclusion so i'll just have assume you're trying to get a rise out of me. But it's my friday so it's not going to happen.

without even coaching a game. Damn...we're so fricked i guess, i have to assume you know something about being a terrible program so this is proof enough for me.

Ole Miss has ONE 6-6 season and you think things are really look up for you guys that much.... Over the last 30 years Auburn has had more undefeated seasons than anyone... every program can have a down cycle, but you guys never have an up cycle.

Not my goal. It just seems like it would be a shitty work environment. How do you know you're getting a new AD? That will make a huge difference.
