The Big 12 is better than the SEC in states that they will share.

TCU is better than A&M.
Texas Tech is better than Texas.
UCF is better than Florida
Oklahoma State is better than Oklahoma.
If you add border states.
Cincinnati is better than Kentucky.
Kansas and Kansas State are better than Missouri.
Texas Tech is better than Texas.

While I have not looked it up, I would think Texas AM has a winning record over TCU

That is a lie. The Big 12 will have an automatic bid in the new playoffs and will likely receive multiple bids most seasons.
