While I have not looked it up, I would think Texas AM has a winning record over TCU
I would think UK has a winning record over Cinn

I think what he was trying to say is that in each of these cases the B12 (or future B12) currently has scoreboard. Although I was surprised to see how close to see the Mizzou-Kansas series is 57-54-9
