After all of this, you still have an overstated view of bobby and the "flagship".
History repeats itself. Low tier SEC west school comes into season ranked highly with a highly rated QB...
Arky was going to go the way of top 10 Ole Miss with Jevan Sneed. The sooner you know your role and accept it Arky fan, the happier you'll be.

Its only his future paycheck on the line.
Doesn't matter who is coaching him, he needs to realize that what he does now will affect the money he gets later.
I'm sure he realizes this, but not being conditioned nor having the rest of your team conditioned for SEC play, coupled with piss-poor coaching trumps this.
Everyone acts like fricking Nostradamus now that it is obvious the Razorbacks suck, but nobody, including the players, ever though that it would be this bad. Shoot, I bet the entire offense was stoked at how well they were playing in the preseason when they scrimmaged against our atrocious defense. Shoot, I could probably go out there and catch a few TD passes on them.

Fear of an arse chewing doesn't make or break a RB. To claim being the best and then fumbling every 12 touches is not a coaches fault. It's the players fault. He didn't forget how to play football in the matter of 6 months.
I never said that arse chewing makes or breaks a RB, but it definitely plays a part. Funny how you completely ignore the whole "conditioning" part of my statement.
But I'm sure you are right: the fact that we went from having the most explosive offense in the SEC, 2 Heisman contenders, and a top 10 football team to a team that is 1-4 with a win over Jacksonville State ALL falls on our players. It definitely doesn't have anything to do with having an interim coach that forgets what state he is in.

Yeah, except one team had just fired their coach and one didn't. God some of you are dense.

The players surely realize that they weren't being pushed as hard. One of them should have stepped up and said something and started some work on their own.
The coaches suck, but it isn't just on them.

My point is that Arky was going to be a .500 SEC team with Bobby this year. Insert John L. and they'll be lucky to win an SEC game.

So now it is the player's responsibility to tell the coaches how to coach? I'm sure they showed up to practice, did what was asked of them, and then went home. That, coupled with scrimmaging against a weak defense probably made them feel like they were well-conditioned and ready to go. There is a reason why these coaches are paid what they are. They are supposed to have techniques and knowledge that surpasses what your average 18 year-old knows in terms of preparing them for a football game.

By the way, no matter how many times you try to state your opinion as a fact, it doesn't magically make it valid.

wow, what has happened to him?
What has happened to him is that teams don't have to commit their entire defense to playing the pass anymore. That's why he was "the best RB in the SEC" that one year - huge expanses of open field to run through............ As I tried to point out to arky fans back when they were drunk and delusional.

The best RB in the SEC will be in Columbia SC saturday, we'll know who he is after the game.

I'm confused. I thought this thread was supposed to be about Todd Gurley?

I love the fact that TT's is saying they don't live vicariously through their program.

Best WR thing
Well we do have without a doubt the best WR. And Gragg is still at least the 2nd best TE. So 2/4 isn't too bad.
