“Still the best,” Davis said. “I’m still the best running back in the SEC. I think they’re good, but I feel like I’m the best because of the things I put into it. I bring everything to the game. I don’t want to say I don’t have a flaw, like I’m perfect, but I don’t think you can find a better running back.”

Davis committed his fifth, sixth and seventh fumbles of the season at A&M. He’s lost three in 2012 and is now averaging a fumble every 12.4 touches.

Following the Texas A&M game, Davis said that teams are trying to knock the ball away from him. Opponents have taken note of how careless he’s been.

“That’s what all teams are trying to do, trying to get a turnover,” Davis said “They succeeded a few times. I’m just trying to get better at that.”

Everything that could possibly go wrong is going wrong. Poor coaching, multiple injuries to key players at thin positions, RBs got the fumblies, WRs got the dropsies, DBs drop potential interceptions that hit them right in the hands, poor tackling, poor blocking, and so on.

Get Better at giving them a turnover? He should have reworded that.

Somebody is hogsessed. You go searching for a quote that was said in August from a single player from a team you aren't a fan of and try to correlate it to the abomination of a season we currently have.

Nobody saw this coming. With grandpa at the helm this team is atrocious. Simple as that. Knile and Tyler already proved that they were some of the best players not only in the SEC, but in the nation when BMFP was here. This all boils down to conditioning, poor coaching, and lack of effort because grandpa isn't going to be on their arse every time they make a mistake.

Knile is a victim of the Jack Crowe curse.

He said that before the season even started. Alahunter is a sneaky troll at times.

OP is passively trying to connect 2 quotes that were said 2 months apart. It's quite pathetic, really.

Knile had high hopes for this season, and seeing how he was the best RB in the SEC the last time he was healthy, he justifiably had high confidence. It's not his fault poor coaching has ruined the season and any All-SEC/All-American/Heisman hopes he or Tyler had before the season.

I feel sorry for him...I actually do.

I don't for all the hog fans that told anyone that would listen how great he was before the season started....but I do feel for him. He has probably lost a chance at some good money.
