Bama #4 in what? They are #1 in college football history.
CFB history didn't start in 2009 bro...
A huge data point:
Oklahoma has been top-five in percentage of poll appearances in five decades (1950s, '70s, '80s, 2000, '10), most of any program.
Alabama has issues in this metric.

Their descriptions are still old then I guess, because it shows Clemson with 1 national title.

The poll has OSU at number 1 for 105 weeks and only 5 titles and Bama with 10 titles and number 1 seventy something times.
This tells the the Associated press is pretty damn stupid and bias most of the time.

Did you seriously just type this?
As if you honestly think Alabama has no history before 2009?

Yea, I think Oklahoma or Notre Dame can make a claim.
I think Ohio State isn't close enough in national titles to have the other data points cancel them out. If you are going to be the best ever you can't be that far off in the only thing that matters.

The Aggies were last No. 1 in Nov. 11, 1957, and have not been No. 2 since Dec. 1, 1975.
Is this true Aggies? WTF have you been spending your money on.

FSU @ 9. Not bad for a program that became a real program in the late 70's.
One pip better than uf too. :)

Lol. Wasn't UGA ahead of Auburn, LSU and Tennessee on their last rankings? I guess 8-5 erases the past

The AP has always been biased towards Northern schools.
Every big 6 school except Florida is rated higher in the CFB data warehouse formula

We all know that's not true. AP has been very kind to the South on plenty of occasions.
