I wasn't involved in the decision, and am under the impression it is only for the game in College Station, with no long term agreement put in place.

Anyways, I've reconsidered my position on the Thanksgiving game, and think LSU will benefit from the TV exposure. Plus I like watching football with the family on Thanksgiving.

I think it was more a way to show LSU that the SEC cares about our traditions more than yours. Playing on thanksgiving is a tradition of ours and the conference just didn't care whether or not LSU wanted to play every other year on it

it's not even being played after this year

and yes, I'm sure the SEC truly respects the aTm traditions (even when they do the weird yell leader thing on the SEC network, in front of like 10 students, embarrassing the conference and anyone else watching, including your own fans)

I honestly visit r/CFB maybe once a week or so. It's hard to GAF about other schools who LSU doesn't play regularly. If only the Aggies could understand that sentiment.
