Would have beaten at least 10 sec teams last night the way they were playing.

They couldn't even beat Tennessee. I doubt they would have beat the rest of the conference.

They lost to UT and UT couldn't beat 10 SEC teams.

I mean they seem to be a pretty good team, but no one knows yet.

People are going crazy about the game last night, but Tenn didn't give up a point in the 2nd half or OT. Their D got it together. My concern would be their hesitance to challenge DBs downfield. They did it once and got a TD with it, then they went vanilla again.

Everyone says not to react too severely to 1-2 games, everyone does it when there are only 5 games to talk about

They're ranked ahead of A&M, State, USCjr, Vandy, Mizzou and Kentucky.

Nope. They couldn't even beat Tennessee and their eyebrowless wonder who can only throw 5 yards.

UT clearly had better athletes like the rest of the SEC would against App State. The thing is App State was better coached. They were small, but fast, and were all good tacklers. They aren't your typical Sun Belt team, but they would finish last in the SEC west, and maybe above Vandy and South Carolina in the east.

They swarmed to the ball better on defense than every team we played last year bar Bama.
