Well Bobo has a proven college track record with multiple qb's

Schotty remains to be seen but I doubt Richt would bring in a guy he doesn't trust to do that

I love that some people are up in arms over this as if it isn't true or something.

Since when do LSU people give a damn what La Tech people say about LSU?

Should have read the entire handle

I'll say, what Richt has done with Stafford and Murray is truly unparalleled.

If you were a highly rated HS QB, you would be an idiot to choose LSU and expect to be developed.

Not a lot of LSU fans are going to disagree with this.

Russell, Flynn, and Mettenberger have all started games at QB in the NFL. The same cannot be said for Croyle, McElroy, and McCarron.

That's not the topic of this thread.

I also can't remember the last time Alabama had incompetent qb play

Clemson who routinely has top 10 recruiting classes had no talent on D?

This statement can not be serious. If it is in fact a question, then no they do not routinely have top 10 recruiting classes on defense.

McElroy started a game or 2 for the Jets, but was sacked 11 times and ended up getting a concussion from the game and couldn't start the next one.

He came in the game previous to that and lead the Jets for a TD and won the game 7-6.

Probably the least talented of the 3 however.

It is serious. They get top 100 defensive players all the time. You idiots think they only have a great O but they've had 34 defensive players drafted in the NFL. The other poster said they had no talent on D. This says otherwise.

How else do you gauge QB development other than by where they are drafted and NFL longevity? Johnny Manziel won the Heisman and will likely be out of the league soon, is he more developed as a passer than Aaron Murray, who will likely be on an NFL roster for the next several years?
