When Jones was at Central Michigan, their APR rose from 920 to 945. When Jones was at Cincy, their APR rose from 907 to 957. So he has a track record of grades improving under his tenure.

With one semester under Jones our GPA went from 2.08 to 2.8. I'm not worried about Jones but here's what Dooley did:

2009-2010: 921

2010-2011: 934

2011-2012: 909

Our multi-year average is higher so 930 isn't something we should be worried about for 2014.

Pretty much.

Don't bring logic and reason to the discussion.

I didn't know 5-7 seasons made you bowl eligible, but hey, Tennessee has never lost more than 7 games in a season.

...and Arkansas hasn't lost more than 7 games in a season since 2012.

Which was ironically the best game ever played under Dooley. It was magical to watch Bray, Hunter, and Da'Rick all in sync but it was down hill from there.

Good move firing Fulmer, vawls. I love when retards think certain teams will just be naturally good because history.

Considering none of the past three of their coaches has had trouble finding work since Tennessee, their performance at UT is obviously not being held against them.

You don't see that with programs like Minnesota and Army, so Tennessee isn't expected to be good anymore.
