Butch Jones better do more than just recruit

Not a flame but what exactly did Dooley do for UT.I don't see how he could even say he should have been retained.Kiffin screwed y'all over but Dooley just friggin raped you guys.

i'm sure the bulk of this can be blamed on the coaching turnover experienced in the last few years... they've had four HCs in a 6 year span, with tons of roster movement.
This is a bi-product of terrible coaching hires.
