Congrats to the halfwit for actually getting his troll thread in the right forum this time.

Tell me, where did the Tennessee fan touch you?

My Dawg memory begins vividly around 1992. Tennessee tormented Georgia in the 90s and beat Georgia every way possible. The "who the hell is Heath Shula game," the Todd Helton game, the Robert Edwards broken foot game and the 22-3 game at Sanford Stadium.

Tennessee fans were most obnoxious. But now it's payback. You suck. You're one more crappy football season and one more Sweet 16 away from being a basketball school, the new Kentucky. Speaking of Kentucky, that's the only SEC program that's been any suckier than Tennessee since this year's top high school recruits were in elementary school.

And PLEASE don't play the national championship card. 34 years is a long time ago. But 16 years also is a long time ago. Quit clinging to something that happened a long time ago.

I was 10 years old. That's really no better than us winning it in 1980. If you want to prop it up with the "more recent" argument, then fine, but I barely even remember it.

Hahaha y'all's was more than twice as long ago as ours. Typical uga fan "34 years and 16 years are basically the same thing." Well how about during one of the best stretches in your history you haven't won the sec in almost a decade, despite being one of the media favorites damn near every year.

At least we're somebody's favorite. I don't even think UT is the favorite of UT fans anymore.

Congrats on all of your recent success and the SEC titles and stuff..Yeah, we're good in basketball( Uga will never have to worry about being a basketball school)and Uga may be the only team worse than us in baseball.

Like I thought, the Tennessee fan did touch you. I'm sorry you're so traumatized

We have a better baseball program than you do. That's just silly. We've been shite recently, but we won a title in 1990 and we were runner up in 2008. UT was runner up 1951. We have more college world series appearances, more ncaa tournament appearances, and more conference championships. We've been to the CWS twice since your last visit.

I'll simply have to concede basketball.

Even conceding basketball, we have a final four appearance and you don't.

Women's basketball is definitively better, though.

National title v no national =/= multiple national titles v multiple national titles.

BREAKING NEWS: Tennessee hasn't been very good since 2008.

Actually UT hasn't been very good since 2004.... One unexpected 10 win season in '07 is it...

9 games over .500..... 67-58 in the last 10 years... Not very good...

I mean we won the east in 01 04 and 07, it's not like we were horrible during the 00s. I'd compare us then to uga now. Lots of hype, lots of div championships, but nothing that really matters

That is what you call prolonged, long-term misery. Never in a million years did I think that it'd get to this point, but I almost feel halfway sorry for Tennessee football fans. Almost, but not quite.

Yet they've still won a national title more recent than UGA

Also, the QB/S on my high school team when I was a freshman committed to Bama, then switched to UT when Phil Fulmer walked into our gym during basketball practice one day. He never did much at UT, but was a good, smart kid. Threw me a 2 pt conversion in the playoffs my freshman year.

Then again I might be a little paranoid too if Tennessee year in and year out came down and poached elite HS prospects from our own state.

Funniest part of this whole thread.

That's not his "Point". His point is not they can't win on the road, it's that they can't win on the road when not playing their historically easiest opponents.

Yep. The "point" was blatantly obvious to 99% of the people reading it, but you always have one or two that you have to spell it out for like they're a third grader.

Nah, I lived in Georgia.

It was Jarod Parrish who ended up playing sparingly at safety for UT. Actually started in the 2004 UT TSIO win his sophomore year and finished with 7 tackles...then didn't start but two more games his entire career.
