Which SEC teams will regress this year?

My list:

Alabama - QB will be a liability and overall offensive production will cause them to lose 3+ games.

Arkansas - Last year's finish has the Hogs riding high... unjustly so. Arkansas finishes the season with the same record as last year, which will come across as a downgrade to Arkansas fans.

Auburn - What we saw towards the end of last season is the real Auburn. Malzahn's offense will be figured out by week 3. Auburn will continue to lose often on its way to a 4th place finish in the West. Malzahn is on the hot seat going into 2016.

LSU - QB play will continue to be detrimental to LSU's hopes of returning to prominence; furthermore, the defense will see a major drop off in run defense under Steele.

Mississippi State - State simply loses too much to replicate last season's success. I do believe State finishes in the upper half of the West.

Ole Miss - Word on the street is that their "program" will be shut down halfway into the season. If it wasn't for that, Ole Miss wouldn't be on the list.

Florida - OL woes disable the offense from scoring many points. Florida will return to pre-90s form while getting stomped on by the Kentucky's of the world.

Mizzou - A big drop off is in the works, and it starts with DL production. I still think Mizzou finishes 3rd in the East though.

South Carolina - DL improves, slightly, but the Old Ball Coach goes into 'wtf mode' more games than not. Pharoah won't be enough for SCAR to overcome a terrible defense. Unfortunately, Spurrier goes out on a very sour note.

Vanderbilt - Things can't get any worse, right? Wrong. Vanderbilt wins 2 to 3 games this year. Back to your comfort zone, Vandy.

Almost made the list: UGA, A&M, Kentucky

Didn't even come close to making the list (not even a little): Tennessee

Tennessee - As Dooley's players exit the program, so do the wins.

The only team I feel confident that will probably lose more is Miss State.

Mullens is a great coach and Dak is a great QB, but like the op said, that is a lot of personnel to lose.

I still think they will have a really good record, just not as good as last year.

In the sec, I think Alabama and MSU will take a step back.

Outside the SEC, I see Oregon and Georgia tech declining.

Auburn's offense is only thing I'll never be too worried about with Gus at the helm. Keep on repeating that the O has been figured out.

Unfortunately, I think our Voles may be a tad bit worse than last year.

13 of the 14 SEC schools made your list, or almost made your list of the teams that will be worse.

You do realize that is a mathematical impossibility?

Tenny, not because they haven't improved,it's the fact that other teams and coaches are better..and underclass men who are good don't mean success in the sec.

Sure thing, tard. After 6 years in the SEC, week 3 will be when somebody finally cracks the code.

Actually LSU's run "D" will be better in '15.

Tigers are solid up the middle with

DT's Lacoture and Godchaux
MLB Beckwith
and
Safties Mills and Adams

Plus enough speed to chase down anything on the corners.
