Ask for a 1/5 royalty at least. Another thing to keep in mind is long term if they discover oil is to ask for a yearly surface use fee....

Hire a good local reputable surveyor to do this please. This is not a great DIY project. If you mistakenly clear and fence some of your neighbors property it could cost you thousands of dollars to resolve. The surveyor can coordinate with the forestry mulcher to make sure these lines are accurate an...

If Burns and Jack Owen can stay healthy this season Auburn should have two of the best Friday/Saturday starters in the conference. I expect them to best in the upper half of the league and make another regional. Beyond that is pure luck,seeding....

He’s met my expectations for him. I’m excited to see what next season brings for his maturation in the offense. He’s had his struggles on the road against elite level teams in 2 stadiums that we’ve all seen more seasoned QB’s fail....

The two situations with Tubs&Chiz aren’t remotely close to all the bitching and moaning from a very small vocal minority wanting Gus to be fired. Tubs and Chizik’ steam quit on both of them!! You can dislike Gus or the results but his teams never quit....
