Ha, yeah I actually edited and uploaded that video. Toward the end of the vid before Peeler's second dunk on Arky, you can see a young Mike Anderson sitting on the bench next to Nolan Richardson. Would I do that on purpose? Why yes, yes I would.

This really was a rivalry that should've kept going, and to be honest, Norm killed it when we lost by 50. We had the next year under contract, and then that was it.

I enjoyed it as much as ILL/kU.

Yeah that was a beating and definitely your year. Though to be fair to us, that shellacking in Walton was the first time you'd beaten us on your home floor in like 5 straight games or so. And we had a nice little season of our own that year, going 28-4, undefeated in our conference at 14-0, finishing #3 in the final AP poll, and coming within one game of a rematch with you in the Final Four in Charlotte before falling to Damon Stoudamire's Arizona. Was a weird year considering how much you guys made us look like a junior high team that day.

Meh. Whatever.

Affluence doesn't matter to me, but I guess I means something to you. So go ahead a carry that flag around all you want.

'93 wasn't that great of a team.

'94 was the nut shot from Tyus Edney that took the whole fanbase back as a whole. That was supposed to be Norms year.

4. fricking. Seconds.

And since we are catching SEC fans up to speed on our history, that 1995 Mizzou team went on to wind up having this happen in the NCAA tournament that year:

Mizzou-UCLA: Tyus Edney Coast to Coast at Buzzer

UCLA went on to win the national championship game against...Arkansas. So a case could be made that, had Mizzou somehow defended that one single Tyus Edney play, Arkansas might have wound up with back-to-back natty titles.

You're welcome, Hogs.

1993-94 Mizzou team was strong, #1 seed unbeaten in conference etc. 1994-95 is the Tyus Edney team as I explain above.

Our 1992-1993 team was not very strong but did at least rally for another NCAA tournament appearance that year.

Oh wow you are the one that put videos with all those videos of Mizzou bball from the past!

I must say thank you, since I have watched some of those videos a couple times since I wasn't alive or old enough to remember many of them

Arkansas was upset about not repeating that year. Mizzou was just upset...
