The state of Arkansas is 7% Hispanic now. We have plenty of good tacos.
Northwest Arkansas metro is probably close to 20% Hispanic. Texas and California aren't the only places Mexicans exist.

Taco Bell in the 70's (before they got bought by Pepsi) was pretty damn good in Arkansas. I used to eat it a lot back then.

Living 20 minutes from the border (in Arizona) I can say that the Mexican food back east differs from the Mexican food here.
