No...wanna know why, because i have gone to school there for four years and never heard of someone actually getting a warning for anything. And i'm 100% serious. Including speeding tickets, red lights, MIPs, Underage consumption, J-walking, etc.

Had a buddy that blew .00 but since they smelled alcohol on his breath he got a citation. That is 100% fact...he had to go to court to get it thrown out. But if you blow a .00 and say i haven't done anything, you think they'd give you a warning? Negative.

Well here is one article that says 26.7 of players...
Is this a college football “problem” or a college problem? The NCAA study’s rate of 26.7 percent for college football players (probably low) likely does not differ significantly from the rate of collegiate usage from fans in the stadium or, for that matter, reporters in the press box.

ccording to a 2005 survey from USA Today, 33.3 percent of all college students smoke weed. So if one were to line up three college students, one of them is a smoker, and that was seven years ago before marijuana dispensaries became popular in the US. That’s quite a high percentage. However, the survey also reports that 83% of all campus arrests involved alcohol, not marijuana..

Yea, the thing is there's a difference from hitting a grav of weed in your dorm room, and ridin around at 3AM strapped down.

A Luger was the side arm for the German military, it was a huge for a Allied serviceman to bring one back home. It's a collectable that's worth a few thousand bucks. Maybe Crow is a WWII buff.

Both of my anecdotes were just ways of substantiating that Athens PD is not in the mood to give warnings for the 4 years i was there. I realize that other places are harsh too.

People that smoke marijuana tend to hang out with other people that smoke more often and thus often over estimate these numbers (and vise versa).

If it really was a Luger, i'd be much less upset. That'd be the crowest thing to have eva. Plus i bet you could argue that it was a collectible. I wonder if it was loaded at all?

I've never smoked but I'm one of very, very few that I know that never has.
