Well LSU could've been a NC contender if they had a defense in 2015

I do not remember LSU being a juggernaut on Offense in 2015. Didn't they score 16,14,17,19 against Bama, Ark, OM and A&M respectively ?

They collapsed after the Alabama game. The offense was fine before Alabama.

I been hearing Auburn is about to own college football every year since I joined here. Every year you punks disappear and never show back up until right before a new season. Some things just never change.

that's the way it rolls at AU. that and they are a rumor mill, esp against LSU fans.

They scored 21 agaisnt MSU, 45 against an Ellis Johnson trained Defense (Muschamp had just started the Overhaul), 34 against Syracuse, 44 against Eastern Michigan and 45 against USCe. Not the most daunting schedule. Ill give them credit against UF, but their true character was displayed from the Bama game on.

No, just like 2016 they played mostly cupcakes that could be easily overpowered with a power running attack. When you hit the meat of the schedule, they got exposed.

What happened during the other scrimmage? Sean White throwing two interceptions?

And should've scored more until Miles went into his conservative shell

Yep just completely discredit how badly LSU dismantled Auburn

And they took care of business.

This will probably be followed by a "but"

but

Yep

Blame Les Miles and Cam Cameron for losing to Arkansas, Ole Miss, and the poor performance vs A&M. They should've ran over Ole Miss like they did before and the A&M game should've been a blowout.

The offense wasn't bad in 2015 by any means. It was the defense who couldn't get off the field that killed LSU a lot of times. Go watch the South Carolina game if you want a perfect example of Steele's ineptitude.

Yeah LSU played cupcakes.. Sure. They destroyed Ole Miss who gave Alabama all they could handle in 2016.

Depends on who you believe. All the players said Stidham threw the INTs.

If by "all" you mean one or two, then yes. I'm only aware of one, Darrel Williams.

Sean White threw the interceptions, not Jarrett Stidham.

The rumor was debunked.

Dumbass, that was my point. The people who want AU to fail will run with the first scrimmage and ignore this one. Most AU fans know that neither scrimmage is an indicator of how well he will play.

Maybe Aubrin can beat a Georgia team this year with the Heisman qb. Give em hell Ga. Southern.

Stidham will need to hide his butthole for this game.

Yep. Wish there was a way I could offer those dickweeds to North Korea. They probably wouldn't even want that scourge, either.

ETA: OP...it's spelled *scrimmage.

Amazing how many bammers are now Clemson fans, even after they way they ran up and down the field on their Defense the last two years. I just hope AU secondary holds up better than what Bama's did against them.

Wrong again. I'll be pulling for Auburn and all the SEC teams. It's just that you're too easy a target to let pass.

With those 3 on the field together it's inevitable. I still remember Auburn fans talking about John Franklin last year and how fast he was, and then a 340 pound freshmen D-tackle chased him down twice in the backfield hahaha I hope Stidham throws as good as Franklin ran it

I got bored one day and wanted to check it out, then I saw a forum where Scar fans were talking about football and I had to get in! Hahahaha
