Steve Spurrier should be ashamed of himself

What if Les Miles left in the middle of the season around Katrina?

This just shows what kind of selfish human Steve is. He sank pretty low when he let Clowney sit out. This is unforgivable. He has ruined his legacy and tainted his image.

Those young men on the team probably feel horrible. What kind of lesson is he teaching them?

Shame on you Steve. Shame on you.

Nah. frick off.

His resume is secured to the walls of the Swamp and in the trophy room at UF. He's immortalized in a bronze statue outside of the Swamp. He'll be remembered as one of the best coaches in college football.

You're an internet troll.

Advantage Spurrier.

He is still a horrible human being. If I ever see him in person I would throw eggs at him and salad.

How the hell does Les leaving his first yr after Katrina compare to Steve leaving after 10?

I was going to rebut this, but then I realized... What the frick is the point?

I could show you how he saved 3 million kids from cancer and you'll still be pissed that he left in the middle of the season.

Spurrier understood that he was going to follow up his 5 wins in row over Clemson with 10 straight losses. he wanted to deprive Dabo the satisfaction.

his legacy at SC is basically those wins over Clemson and UGA.

Steve never did anything like that and he has proven to be a sociopath. He only cares for himself and golf. All of those jokes he made about other coaches over the years wasnt a joke, he was being serious. Also he ran the score up on on people when he had the chance.

In case you're serious:

Les Miles is 61 and undefeated. Spurrier is 70 and USC most likely won't make a bowl game. I admire Spurrier more for his decision. He's giving assistants a chance to prove themselves. Plus USC has a chance to find another HC before or soon after this season runs its course. To me that's much better for recruiting.

It wasn't just 5 straight wins......it was five straight beatdowns of 10 or more points.

Don't you dare come in here with a logical counter-argument. OP has made his mind up and wants none of your common sense BS.
