Meh, public intox. No big. He should have been kicked off the team for driving without insurance though. Much larger crime in my eyes.

Maybe he was thrown into the "public". Only thing I can think o

Well he does play on the msu defensive line so he's probably use to being thrown around by now.

Nick James was really a solid tackle last year. Although he had the luxury of Chris Jones taking up double teams, James was solid. If he's not tap-notch this year, State is going to be in for a very long haul. Probable wins over S. Alabama, Samford, @UMass.

Then who? @Kentucky? @BYU? S. Carolina?

If Mullen gets to 7 wins this year, he deserves coach of the year.

The DA shouldn't fine Nick James for being arrested, they should reward him. 4 arrest in 3 years has got to be some type of record.

City Prosecutor maybe. DA will never see this stuff.

Mullen is looking forward to having him back asap as part of the family.

He has learned his lesson. And this is a teachable moment for the younger pups.

What happened to all college kids drink? Marijuana should be legal. These are all things that get said on this board regularly until someone else's player gets in trouble. Then it's an issue?

Yeah, I mean it's not like he jumped out a balcony window or was found nude walking down County Line Road all because he was high as a kite or he didn't threaten to shoot up a nightclub with an AK47 or arse rape a teammate with his finger. You know, he didn't do any of those things that make someone an outstanding person.

They just need to go on a mission trip to Haiti I bet.

You could arrest 1/3 of all college kids for this on any given night.

You could but the only ones that usually get arrested are the ones that show their butts

The fact this thread is full of ReBears and Auburn posters gushes comical irony.

He'll have a one day mission-trip this week to a small town in Mississippi, and be fine.

Why do ole miss folks hate the power of redemption?
That's not very Christian of you folk.

Didn't Perrilloux and Honey Badger have a total of 18 arrests/positives?

I know Les got upset around number 11 or 12.
