LINK

That's a senior acting as a mentor to the incoming freshmen defensive linemen who only get arrested for "protecting their family". Glad to know Simmons and Co are learning from the pros.
quote:

Starkville Daily News reported the senior was arrested at Rick's Cafe on Sunday morning at 1:36 a.m. for public intoxication, citing the Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Office. James' arrest marks his fourth in the last three years at Mississippi State. The last occurred on Feb. 15, 2015 for public intoxication. The two other arrests involved driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct in Oct. 2014 and driving without insurance in 2013.

I hope he gets suspended for the opener just like Simmons. I would find that funny.

The consensus on the Viagra board is that he will have to run a bunch this week, and that he has definitely learned his lesson.

He won't miss a game with 4 strikes. Simmons got about 10 strikes in.

He should have just sent a text to that coach to get help paying for his insurance.

Oh wait, wrong school in Mississippi. By bad.

Was that supposed to be an insult? You failed miserably if it was.

Drunk in public?

Big f'n deal. If he's punished, it should be that he has to stay sober for the remainder of the season. I wouldn't suspend a kid over public intoxication.

You could arrest 1/3 of all college kids for this on any given night.

ETA: Kid must've fricked the wrong guy's wife. You don't get arrested for ticky tack bullshite four times unless someone has it out for you.

Or he's a dumbass that thinks his jersey gives him the right to be a dick. I met a few like that while at AU many years ago. If he's like what I expect, his teammates are tired of apologizing for him.

How much does a 330 lb man have to drink to be "drunk in public" (said in my best Ron White voice)?

So two of these arrests are traffic offenses
