They couldn't talking worth a damn against Ole Miss, you guys had me thinking they were the best team in college football! But, I will keep believing you guys have gotten tremendously better since then.

(a) I do not remember a boatload of missed tackles against Ole Miss, but that game was a blur. I remember two huge plays on a bounce fluke and a busted coverage on a pass/run option that made up almost 1/3 of their yards.

(b) Have you really not watched a single Alabama game since Ole Miss? Our defensive backs, safeties and cornerbacks, were single tackling Leonard Mother Fudgin Fournette in the hole and in open space.

Our defensive line and lb's will be just fine against ALabama's offense.
Because they did just fine against SoMiss/LSU/Northwest St/Auburn/aTm/Troy/LaTech/UK/Mizzou?

Granted I fell asleep in the 3rd quarter, but that did not happen once in the first half.

I don't really care one way or the other and due to going to games all of the time I have not had the opportunity to watch everyone's else's games every week, but you do realize gang tackling at the line of scrimmage and tackling in space against a 3-4 WR set is different, correct?

To be honest- no i haven't I'm just in here trying to bust some balls and see if I can't make some Alabama fans more nervous about this game.

ETA: I did watch every snap of the LSU game. couldn't tell a damn thing about the db's.

It really wasn't that interesting at that point, unless you were a Bama fan or a nega-Tiger.

Really? I hope our coaches know about this. I wonder if we've practiced it.

Our guys played well in space against A&M and Tennessee (who ran everything quickly to the edges either via run or pass), so we will see if that continues this weekend I guess.

The beginning of the game wasn't interesting?

Seriously, I think it will be a good ballgame. Dak is a great player, I expect him to play well, and the run/pass option stuff with big receivers down the field terrifies me.

Should be a fun one.

Since you guys like statistics so much, Kelly threw for 340 and Allen threw for 260 AND three ints. I take Prescott and our offense over those guys all day. I see us getting the ball to our big perimeter guys very quickly and letting them run with the football. The Alabama secondary has shown they are not very good tacklers.

lsu's #7 would disagree ...

Yeah and I asked if he was drunk for the first 2.

Literally the first LSU play of the game was a solo tackle on Fournette by Matthias Smith, a safety.

I wonder what people are even looking at.

Do you think Alabama's defense keeps Dak under 350 passing yards?

He's done this twice this year with your schedule.

Have you seen a single game this year? Even Fournette didn't break tackles by the DBs (although shots were seldom)

Dak is playing at a much higher level this year.

Against what teams?

Is he really? TDs are the same at this point of the season. INTs are much better this year.

This year he has completed 200 passes on 300 attempts
last year after 9 games he was 146 for 239

How much fricking older are your db's? 6 weeks older?

experience dude. Seriously means a lot in football.

This team gives up yards

LSU had less than 200.

They had 331 vs State

Sounds to me like you have run out of material and resulted to taking personal shots at me. You have done that twice now. Lets talk college football

Here you go.

Really? It was a marque match-up between #2 & #4 in the country and you didn't have enough interest in seeing what your next opponent looked like?
