What's the Vol starting O line looking like now?

Per our rivals site this morning...

Kyler Kerbyson (RS-Senior) - LT
Jashon Robertson (Sophomore) - LG
Mack Crowder (RS-Senior) - C
Jack Jones (Freshman) - RG
Coleman Thomas (Sophomore) - RT

This is literally the first time in 7 or 8 years that we don't have at least one walk on in our OL 2 deep.

It's going to be a mess now.

Our G's were FAR and away the strength of the line.

I think anything is on the table now.

I could see Kendrick and Richmond as the starting T's now.

With some combo of these guys in order of starting in the interior (Robertson, Kerbyson, Crowder, Thomas, Jones, Wiesman).

I think my prediction for the season goes down a game to 8-4 with this one.

My worst case scenario has come to fruition before the season has even started if this is true.

The talk on VN is that he will be ineligible for another RS as he has already used one.

This probably means Drew Richmond will be starting against Bowling Green right? Assuming Kerbyson or Kendrick move to guard

Report states that he's been recovering from an injury, and has been worked mainly at guard.

Chance Hall and Drew Richmond are the number 2 tackles, right now. It's early and things could obviously change.

Well, I hope they do. Jordan Shipley got a sixth year if I remember right.

We just had a running back granted his sixth year and it is next year. Reclassified as a Junior. He signed in the 11 class and will play in the 2016 season.

Sorry to hear it for the kid. Hopefully he makes a full recovery and gets a med redshirt.

yea I know Elvis Fisher got an extra year for us, but they are saying Harold can't get one, and for that matter Morgan Steward who didn't set foot in a game last year because of injury won't get one either.

it seems like the exception rule for an extra year is just another NCAA rule that is entirely arbitrary.

Our medical RS RB missed the better part of two years with two different injuries, so I don't know if that played any part in getting the 6th year?

Not a snowball's chance in hell that the starting 5 will be in this configuration. They're trying things out and experimenting right now. It won't be that combo they settle on.

Man, that hurts.

I like Kerbyson to move to RG, Kendrick to LT, and Richmond at RT.

We can't afford anymore OL injuries though.

I'm guessing Kendrick wins the the RG job and the rest stays the same.. total guessing game at this point of camp though.

The one position we absolutely can't afford to lose anyone.
