Spurrier is one of the greatest coaches of all time. He took Duke to their first bowl game since the 40s or 50s, then completely resurrected Florida from the dead, won multiple SEC championships and a national championship, and has gone above and beyond what any coach has ever done at South Carolina.
Richt is a lot like Tommy Tuberville was for us, some games he's really into it, and others, his team looks completely awful. The only difference is that Richt actually has really good talent year in and year out. They should be playing for national championships every year. He's a good coach, but not great.
So spurrier by far.

Hardly. The SEC East in the 1990s was just Florida and Tennessee. Georgia would occasionally be good but the other schools absolutely sucked.
