Man, why are you all so upset about Spurrier? It's too early in the morning to be that damned rustled. Good job, Steve.

Doesn't Spurrier have a losing record against Arkansas while at Carolina?

So Arkansas wins against us count when we're down, but our wins against them don't count when they're down?0

Why yes he does.

Arkansas owns him while he's been at USC light. It eats his arse up.

What up CNB, frickin nerd.

Its rude to bring up facts when someone is gloating. Tsk. Tsk.

The 52-7 score will always be brought up by USCe folks because it helped soothe the sore feelings generated over the years by more then one season getting derailed by Arkansas thumping them.

Spurrier is an odd duck when it comes to Arkansas. He will cheerfully take pot shots at us whenever he can, but he's also been very gracious and complimentary to the Hogs as well.

I don't think Spurrier is going to disappear when he is done coaching. I'm sure he'll be around UF and Carolina quite a bit for reporters to try and pull a quote or two.

Spurrier:

10-10 bowl record

1-2 against Houston Nutt's Arkansas teams.

10 seasons at USC, has seen 1 conference championship game and got blown out. Not 1 BCS game appearance. A handful of these years it wasn't like UT, UF, and UGA were the dominant programs they could be.

I think it's funny when Bert makes these little potshots at other programs, you people lose your shite. But when ole gramps makes them, it's the best shite ever.

It surprises me how 2 coaches that led NC teams in the past wanted to go to South Carolina and inheret that abysmal program, knowing they'll never win a championship of any sort.

We’ve had some backup guys who like to scream and yell in the locker room. I tell the assistant coach, ‘Tell him no one is listening to him.’ You have to be a good player to say, ‘Come on, let’s go guys.”

Finished in the top 5 for the 2011 season. Went to Sugar Bowl in 2010. Actually competed in a SECCG in 2006.

Winner like to challenge themselves and do what others think is impossible. You wouldn't understand.
