Dabo went 36-18 in his first 4 years. Freeze has gone 34-18 in his first 4 years against a much tougher schedule.

And Dabo inherited a bowl team. Hugh Freeze inherited a 2-10(0-8) trainwreck.

Swinney by a mile.

Freeze stoops to ludicrously dishonest and low tactics to get high profile recruits to come to a shithole university, and still can't do so much as win the division, or even beat teams like Arkansas.

Had to reread that a few times. I could have sworn you were talking about Butch.

I would take Freeze , Swinney has been at Clemson a lot long and plays in a weaker conference.

Swinney. How is this a question?

And Dabo has turned Clemson into New Spring Church University, where the school, its team and its fanbase are convinced that they are morally superior to everyone else because "there's something in them hills." Give me Freeze over Swinney's snake oil bs every day.

I am taking Swinney, because he's a 'Bama boy. But, if I am not Alabama I might take Freeze.

I think the two are very comparable, except Hugh's rise has been faster. Dabo was recruiting lights out when he took over but couldn't do better than 8-5 in a really bad ACC for several years. Then he hired Chad Morris.

Honestly, they both have similar backgrounds. Ace recruiters under shitty head coaches. For Dabo, that's on two occasions (Dubose and Bowden). Each did better than the predecessor. Both are delegators. Swinnery seems to be better in that regard. And, as I have stated, a 'Bama boy for my perspective. Having made a title game, which isn't easy, you have to go with Swinney.

Meh...not mad at all. We've played Dabo coached tater teams pretty well.

His antics get all over my nerves, but at the same time he's always good for a laugh.

Outside of football, he actually seems like he'd be a lot of fun to hang out with. And his dancing prowess is second to none...

Dabo doin' Dabo things:

Chad Morris displays what he learned while on Dabo's staff at tater tech:
