So winning the IB is more important to you than winning the SECCG?

Interesting.

Interesting.

You don't get the SEC Championships without beating Alabama and our SEC Championships wins were blowouts.

Do y'all really consider us in 2014 a top 6 win? We won 7 games that year

1) Our incredible near victory in Tuscaloosa last year, 14-19 (BUTCH).

2) Our phenomenal assraping of #12 Northwestern last year, 45-6 (BUTCH).

3) Our great victory in 2013 over a South Carolina team that finished fourth in the nation (BUTCH).

4) Our dynamic victory over UGA last year to break a five game losing streak (BUTCH).

5) Our scintillating pounding of Iowa in the bowl game after 2014.

6) I dunno, I guess one of the wins over Vandy or something.

At the time of the game I think most Aggies did.

First meeting ever.
18-game home-winning streak.
USC was ranked (edited) #9 going into the game and expected to challenge for the SECE.
First game w/o JFF, and Trill breaks his single-game passing record.

So yeah, in September it was a big deal. Later in the season, not so much.

I guess I can see why it's on those lists then. It was a highly hyped game too. Wish we could have performed better

Based solely on the teams:

21-0 2012 *LSU (13-1)
45-42 2016 *Clemson (14-1)
37-21 2010 *Texas (13-1)
32-13 2009 Florida (13-1)
32-28 2012 Georgia (12-2)
42-14 2013 *Notre Dame (12-1)

Opponents finished with a combined 77-7 record. Average margin of victory: 34.8- 19.6.

Extremely impressive. I was going to rank them by what I enjoyed the most, instead of the top 6 in terms of "significance", but this format is really cool. Those big time games against big time teams with big time records turned out pretty good.
