They have everything needed to be a top program. I'll bet they get someone quality. They won't be in the running for a Chip Kelly like USCw, but they'll grab one of the hawt AAC coaches.

Not trying to bust unduly bust your balls, but the current title includes a 3rd person plural pronoun when I think you intended to use the "they are" --> "they're" contraction.
