No, because he's better then any of the other corners in the league.

Saw this guy play a couple times last year. Very Greg Reid-ish. Dude's a baller.

To be fair, Ted Ginn, Jr smoked Darrelle Revis, too. But, who's gonna argue that Revis is not great?

So, did Menzie have a real good A-Day game or something? I'd heard he was looking good in the spring overall.

He was all over the field on A-Day. Apparently he's won the job opposite Dre, and he's gonna be used just like Javy was with the Star role...

No one is gonna beat Ginn on a go route, pure speed won out in that situation...

Matthieu's a great blitzer, and just a playmaker, but no way is he the best true cover corner. Good player though.

Not what the coaches say. He thrives in man-to-man coverage is the word out of spring practice.

Rivals.com number 1 cover corner coming out of high school. Shut down everyone the summer between his junior anad senior year at camps. List includes Jarvis Landry and Markeith Ambles

The one thing most people can agree on is its not Gilmore.

No sir, if anything he's underrated. He took on 2 major roles last year since we had to shift our secondary around this year and did outstanding.

You'll see soon enough.

Unfortunately, I am most people. Gilmore has all the physical tools, but until he -- and the rest of our DB's -- quit biting on play action, learn to cover man to man, quit giving a 10-yard cushion, and figure out what coverage they're supposed to be in -- he is far from the best.

I am optimistic that Ellis Johnson can get it straight for this season, but no doubt last year we were the worst coached and most confused seconday in the SEC. If we suck again, Coach Ward (secondary coach) needs to be replaced.
