obviously if it was Bama fricking certified copies of cancelled checks from a fricking agent would not matter but Ole Miss this might be trouble. But the NCAA is biggest bunch of pansies on the planet. Just sue them now.

ouchies that step dad is pissed off.
Yeah, he may regret it all later but I'd be pissed off too. It sounds like Laremy was at the house with the agents and his stepdad confronted him about them (probably told him you need to stop this nonsense before you get caught) and Laremy responded by beating him up and driving off with those agents.
I mean from a parent's point of view that kind of thing just confirms that you've got to get your kid away from those particular agents no matter the cost. Laremy can still go pro even if he gets in NCAA trouble but separating him from bad agents could well save his future -- everything from bad decisions to his wallet being drained can come from hooking up with the wrong agents and advisers.

From OM Rivals site...
The Clarion-Ledger reported Friday that Lindsey Miller, the stepfather of Ole Miss offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil, met with NCAA enforcement official Chris Howard in Oxford. That story came on the heels of Miller telling the C-L he was aware of violations during Tunsil's recruiting, including academic impropriety and gifts made by the university.
Today, Ole Miss athletics director Ross Bjork told me Howard was not in Oxford but the meeting reported by the Clarion-Ledger did occur. Bjork did not say where the meeting was held, but he said Ole Miss was told of the meeting "but not allowed to participate."

WOW! There are some vivid imaginations on this site!
Meeting was in Memphis.
Ross sleeps like a baby EVERY night.
Biggest question.....where's the beef?
Does Step-Daddy have names, dates, paper trail proof? Would he have ANY reason to lie (e.g. his butt is already in trouble?)
This "As the TALE Spins" soap opera is really funny!

Don't matter where meeting is held
Only Ross Bjkrzlkdk's pillow knows how well he sleeps
No beef needed. All NCAA needs is to believe it happened
Daddy don't need shite. If Big Softie was in car with 4 agents he wasn't talking about bible study
Ole miss fricked

He's not wrong...

Assuming of course that applies to all athletes and not just ones that are eligible for the draft
quote:
The NCAA does not prohibit contact between a student-athlete and an agent as
long as the student-athlete and his family and friends do not have an agreement for
representation with the agent and do not receive any benefits from that agent or any of
the agent's representatives.

Chances he received no benefits? 0%

From the agent? Hard to say.
The university is a different story, obviously.
