Defamation is telling a deliberate lie. Libel is writing it down, publishing it.
Hard to prove in court. Seems like there is a lot of reading between the lines on this discussion that may or may not hold water. The hysteria is hysterical. Everybody all juiced up and excited, hoping to see Ole Miss get hammered.

But IF it does happen, we will survive and thrive. Always have...always will! Maybe it will make some of us decide who we are and what we stand for and what we will STAND UP FOR!
The bigger question is whether or not STEP DADDY is telling the truth or deflecting the spot light off of himself. It is a family matter. the NCAA has no jurisdiction there. Step Daddy better have something more substantial than mouthing off!

Actually, a cardiologist. He might be an FMG though and can't actually practice medicine but can do research. Just depends on what he did to get licensed in the states. It was a research position, though. Look it up.

bullshite. Their dad is an unlicensed foreign doctor who can only work on heart studies and such. He can't even practice as a physician in the U.S.

The fact that the NCAA didn't catch the with Treadwell two years ago tells you about all you need to know about the NCAA. I won't sit here and say that I don't believe Ole Miss isn't one of the dirtier schools. However, it doesn't matter, the NCAA is toothless.

I love Ole Miss fans bringing up Cam. Unless you have a hand written confession from Cam himself, a bottom dwelling program like Ole Miss signing the number one recruit from 4 different states and finishing with a top 5 recruiting class is about as suspicious as any situation ever. Cam also didnt have a member of his inner circle spilling their guts to the NCAA for at least three hours
