Can a college football team keep playing football if their associated college is shut down? Asking for a friend.

Good. Football should always take a backseat to people's livelihood.

What happens when you vote Democrat. No matter how bad a Repub is they don't go threatening state universities to get the dummies who vote to back their tax hikes. Louisiana only has itself to blame.

There were more rapes? When? Jesus Christ, don't be stupid like an Ole Miss fan. Read the goddamn lawsuit before you make stupid comments like this.

Growing up in south Alabama, this was a pretty common scare tactic to raise taxes or cut some other types of funding. I remember several years in a row that Mobile city politicians wanted to raise sales taxes, etc and threatened to suspend high school football if the taxes weren't passed. Just like clockwork, everyone decided new taxes were a good idea.

But he has no problem giving welfare benefits to able-bodied, childless adults who refuse to work.
