Who exactly is winning the games?
#1 Clemson vs. #4 Alabama
#2 LSU vs. #3 Ohio State
This would be a very odd CFP I feel, but I wouldn't be too opposed to seeing this go down.
Anyways, who wins and who falls off?

It would be a Bama-LSU rematch.
Based off of history, I'd say Bama is more likely to win. However, this Bama team is not even close to as good as the Bama team of '11. This LSU team is probably on par with their '11 team, so who knows.

I wouldn't quite go that far, but you are not far off. IMHO, I think LSU's O is better than 2011, but their D is not as strong. But, I guess you would be correct about them being on par. Yep, just wasted words with agreeing on what you said. 
Edit: Forgot about ST, not at all close to 2011 and I forgot how good their D really was.

If you look back on that year, Bama and LSU's scores against the same opponents were always very close. Everyone kinda forgets that Bama and LSU were were by far the best teams in the nation. LSU only played one close game all year and same for Bama. (Championship wasn't close)

The LSU '11 team was dynamic and arguably one of the greatest teams in the history of the league. They beat the ACC, BIG 10 and Pac 12 champion in the regular season if I remember correctly. Don't forget, they also beat the National Champions in their home.
I'm being completely serious btw, not a flame. In the Championship Game, Alabama ( which was a terrific team) played as close to perfect as a team can play and in the 4th quarter it was a 2 score game.

You must be joking this LSU team while very good couldn't touch that 2011 team.
