Likewise

The Big 12 is not as good nor the SEC as over rated as the typical Big 12 fan thinks.

The truth is, you're gonna have to rethink what you think the truth is when your injury list is piling up in September.

you guys are a lucky fanbase. The SEC is a fun conference. The fans will talk shite and buy you a shot at the bar at the same time. You guys will get to see what a whole new level of fandom is like.

I am thankful. The fans that I have ran across have been great so far. The smack is all good fun.

The only thing that's been shitty is trying to pick which road trips to make.

The truth is, nobody's best teams can beat the SEC's best teams... at least in the past six seasons and counting.
With the exception of that egg Georgia laid against Boise this season.

Was going good until:

Agreed, I wish we were playing @ Georgia because I really want to go to Athens.

I wouldn't consider Georgia in the top 4 teams in the SEC.

This little mizzou fan has all these piggies wound up mighty tight. I don't think the mizzou fan is being unrealistic. He said they would probably finish 3 or 4 in the east (realistic). He said Arky would beat em, but not blow them off the field. Cmon Arky you guys didnt do alot off blowing anybody off the field last season. So thats realistic too.

I'm tired of hearing that the "SEC QB's aren't that good."

SEC QB's get all their stats vs. SEC defenses.

Barrett Trotter vs. UVa is a prime example of this.

Whatever. You had a shitty record in a shitty conference. But you can guarantee a game with Arkansas would be close, somehow.

Going by common opponents, which is the only thing we got here, Arkansas dominated K State and they beat you

Yep, but Mizzou whipped A&M in College Station for the 2nd straight year & Ark squeaked by at a neutral location.

Not sure where the Ark-Aggie game will be played, but I can see why Ark fans want it in Jerry World.

I'm enjoying having Missou around here. Now the Hogs have their own little buddies to hang out with rather than trying to contstanty fit in with the big kids.

He said they'd keep it close. to me, that means within 7 points.

We had some close games that were wins, absolutely. But as I've said, we were a different team when we played USCe, for instance, than what we were when we played aTm/Vandy/OM. We were ravaged by injuries in our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th games on defense. When those guys started coming back, we started looking better (until the LSU game, obviously)

We beat KSU by 13, MSU by 27, TN by 42, and USCe by 16. Those programs, for better or worse, are fairly decent comparables to Mizzou. I just don't agree that they could have kept it within 7 points had they played Arkansas when healthy.

I like a guy who can work in a shot at his rival

That had nothing to do with anything but it needed doing I guess

Arkansas is not now, nor will we ever be scared of Aggie.

Go look at our defensive starters for the A&M game and it'd be pretty easy to understand why that game was as close as it was. We were decimated by injuries on the defensive side of the ball in games 2, 3, and 4.

The truth her is most SEC fans want Mizzou and aTm to struggle.

If either team comes in and competes for a division title in the next couple of years in tarnishes the "brand" by having middling Big 12 teams compete.

meh

if Missouri or A&M won the SEC I think the immediate reaction from some would be to flame the shite out of Arkansas, USC, MSU, Ole Miss...

Give it up already. This got stale awhile ago. Every team has crucial injuries during a football season. It's not an excuse. DWI.
